Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from when the order was placed, except Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays. In a situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Post Dispatch, deliveries are done across India within 3 - 8 Working Days & Please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions, and something out of human control! We shall keep you informed during such events. For both national deliveries (within India) and international deliveries (outside India), customers need to pay shipping or delivery charges depending on their location

In case of complaints regarding products that come with quality assurance from manufacturers, please contact us and let us know the issue & we’ll help you regarding the same. We can only accept returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or spoiled products are delivered to you. In this case, please provide clear photos at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery of the product. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail within 2 hours of placing the order.

Return/ Exchange - If In case, any damaged or different product is delivered to you, you can return or exchange it immediately within 2 days. In case of returns, the amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note, no products will be accepted or exchanged after two days of delivery.

International Orders :
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. If in case you want to return the products, the shipping, customs, or any other additional charges would have to be borne by the customer. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send it back to us. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at [email protected] with your Order ID and sending us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of that defective product after the investigation.
